But if you are like me and don't have ten friends, then send a link to just one friend, as well as all of your local elected officials, including your jury commissioners, your therapist, one homely cousin, your probation officer, two people you know well enough to borrow money from but would never think of lending a nickel to, and three random people on My Space or Facebook.

Discard them as you would discard a Guers Iced Tea container. Try and focus in on the energy within and you can remain "here" while at the same time "not here," altering your awareness of what you were taught about existence. In the words of David Byrne, "stop making sense!" If you haven't yet grasped what I am talking about, then sit upright, put on loose, comfortable clothes and, with a funnel cake in one hand, carefully re-read my articles.
